Simple Repair
For a simple hardware repair, where the parts needed are known ahead of time and the repair process is deemed simple, the cost will typically be the price of the parts and shipping plus a small service fee for the work. This fee starts at $25 and is based on the amount of time spent as well as the difficulty of the repair. This fee will be agreed upon prior to the actual repair.
Other Services
For more complicated repairs where there are a number of unknown factors, and for other non-repair services, the fee will be determined either before the work or chosen by the customer and agreed upon by the technician following the service, so long as the pay is deemed to be a fair valuation of the technician's time and effort.
